Welcome to Ecoway Conservation ("Ecoway", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our website, eco-trip booking services, and any related platforms (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian) to make a booking. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering an account or completing a booking, and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
2. Bookings & Payment
- All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless stated otherwise.
- Full payment (100%) is required to confirm a booking. Down payments are not accepted.
- Payment is made via bank transfer to the account displayed at checkout. After transfer, you must upload your payment proof through your user portal.
- Invoices expire 24 hours after issuance. Bookings without verified payment within that window may be canceled automatically.
- Bookings are confirmed only after our admin team verifies your payment proof.
- For overseas (foreign) guests, certain tours may include an additional surcharge per person. The surcharge is shown clearly during checkout before you confirm.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the specific tour, its operator, and the timing of your request. Requests must be sent in writing to our team at least 7 days before the scheduled tour date to be eligible for review. Refunds, if approved, are processed back to the original payment account and may take up to 14 working days. Force majeure events (severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions) may result in tour rescheduling rather than a refund.
4. Tour Conduct & Safety
You agree to follow all safety briefings and instructions provided by Ecoway, our partner guides, and tour operators. You acknowledge that activities such as snorkeling, diving, and boat trips carry inherent risks. You participate at your own risk and should disclose any relevant medical conditions before the tour begins.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems;
- Submit false payment proofs or impersonate another person;
- Upload content that is offensive, infringing, or violates third-party rights.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Services — including text, photos, logos, itineraries, and software — is owned by or licensed to Ecoway and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ecoway and its partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or participation in a tour. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant booking.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising in connection with the Services shall be resolved through good-faith discussion first, and otherwise through the competent courts in Indonesia.
